Yeah, yeah, I know. Where have I been all these months. Well, I'm trying really hard to get so much stuff done, and my art is kinda slunk down to a bunch of unfinished sketches. They all live in a little 1 inch binder, and feed off each other. It's weird.

Soon, I will have more art up than I have already posted.

And no, I have not forgotten about the art trades. But lately I have been getting to know the pen better, and have changed how I do my art. I promise I'll get those pictures done soon!! 8)

If anyone can give me helpful Photoshop tips, that might be nice. My art class has the program, but I look like a tard sitting there with the tablet and not knowing how and what to do. I would greatly appreciate it!

Well with all this time, I was thinking you'd have gotten better.

Anyways, it takes time and practice to get to know Photoshop. For starters, you can layer the elements on your drawing (sketch, colors, shading, whatnot... ). Thinking in a 3d canvas, the lower layers are further back, while the upper layers are placed on top of those lower layers. On the screen, they will be up in front.

The tools in the long bar take a while to know, so try and invest some time in figuring that out, as well as the effects that are available (most located in the menus above).

Looking through photoshop tutorials here in DA will help, especially since you can find tutorials on basic uses of photoshop.

Hope that helps. ^^

Yeah, my school sports Photoshop-and when I get the time-try to sketch something out. Though I'll go the scanning way-scan a picture and then photoshop it. The program is pricey and I cannot afford it right now, but I'll probably get used to it when I do purchase it...one day.

Thanks for the tips.

Doctors and anthros, a daily dish of fresh cereal and milk, and a wonderful side dish to everyone's diet.

So, if you'd like to draw me a doctor or any of my characters as a trade or gift, please let me know!
